Meeting held July 21, 7:30 P.M. Unit 2110
Call to order.
June meeting minutes approved.
Discussed alarm in electrical room issue and path forward to address. Tom to follow up with Pam.
Discussed fire alarm & sprinkler inspection & repairs to common areas. Need to schedule another inspection date to address the units that were not accessed during the first inspection.
Discussed the board’s relationship with and expectations of CMA.
Discussed community communication about November election, ask for candidates & share financial plan.
Discussed FB update procedure.
Unanimous consent to move forward with asphalt resurfacing & painting project. Need to select a date for the work and a rain date.
Discussed asking legal about common elements, specifically parking spaces.
Discussed financials & publishing our Business Plan. Reserves met for June.
Discussed ironwork painting- waiting on revised bids.
EV & legal document discussion tabled until August meeting.
Next meeting is August 18th at 7:30 PM Unit 2110 unless otherwise notified.
